Mayor’s Report – June 25, 2018

It was a busy night at Council, with 6 public meetings, a new partnership with the Niagara Regional Native Centre and updates on community events. Here is the Mayor’s Report.

Congrats to the teams and organizers Meridian Centre on a great FIBA tournament. Next up is the Canada Games in Summer 2021 and we’re excited to host!

Parks and Rec month continues with a new splashpad coming soon at Bogart Street park.

Congrats to the St. Catharines Kiwanis Club and Port Dalhousie Beautification and Works Committee on the beautifully-restored Old Lock One Commons project. Shout out to Rankin Construction and National Trust Canada for support.
